The Ocean Facing Climate Change

How does the oyster help us understand the effects of climate change on the ocean?

Using the oyster as a case study, Clothilde Berthelin (MERSEA Unit, University of Caen) shares her work on how the marine environment responds to global warming. Her research highlights the mechanisms of adaptation and resilience of living organisms in the face of environmental change.

This lecture combines her scientific perspective with the educational and engaged approach of Valérie Coeuret (Ocean Fresk).
