    DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, real-time quantitative PCR, electrophoresis, subcloning, plasmid purification, metabarcoding, Nanopore sequencing
  • Bioinformatics Techniques:
    Analysis of metabarcoding data, bacterial genome assembly
  • Bacteriology Techniques:
    Bacterial culture, strain maintenance, Bioscreen testing, bacteriocin testing
  • Cell Culture Techniques:
    Primary culture, cell line maintenance, transfection
  • Biochemical Techniques:
    Extraction of cellular components (proteins, lipids), reverse endocrinology, biochemical assays using spectrophotometer and luminometer
  • Histological Techniques:
    Sample preparation, microtome sectioning, cryostat sectioning, staining, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, laser microdissection
